In the early morning enemy MG fire continued in spasmodic bursts and shelling at intermittent intervals.
In the evening about 20 shells fell in and around Bn area causing a few casualties. *(We believe these are recorded in the next day's figures).
Sgt Grant's patrol returned with a detailed log of the enemy's activity at GALMANCHE and pinpoints of several mortar and MG posts.
