Leonard William McKay born in 1912 in Edmonton, Middlesex. His Mother's maiden name was Lambert.


He was awarded his medals in 1949 and was living near Newport, Wales at the time.


*Official War Docs state W/Lt McKay was Middlesex Regt att. to KOSB and that, though wounded, he 'remained at duty'.
