About Me.

My love for health and fitness started when I was a teenager, primarily with weight-training then martial arts. In my younger days I found it very hard to put weight on - and keep it on - then, once I hit 30, I found that it caught up with me and I had to try numerous techniques to lose it all again!

By 40 I had children, a full-time (and part-time) job and never seemed to have the time - or energy - to focus properly on nutrition and exercise. After setting out to lose about 20lbs I found a great way to stay 'with the program' was to actually study for a qualification. This was a turning point for me and now I try to study a new qualification/area each year so my knowledge keeps up to date and it helps fill in any gaps as I progress.

Once qualified, I started out by helping friends and relatives with fairly generic weight-loss plans and some physical training. Now, through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve come to realise that everybody is unique, each with their own goals and lifestyle and only they can help build a sustainable plan.

So, working with you, I will construct a tailored weight-loss plan and, if it suits you, a training schedule according to your fitness experience and needs that will have you seeing results in no time.
