B Company A novel feature of our night life was our "local," the "King's Head" or "Bobby's Bar" as it latterly became known. Most ably managed and run by Pte. "Brither-Toff" Blaylock, it enjoyed the full support of the Company. Many happy and pleasant evenings were passed, supported by sing-songs, darts, draughts and dominoes.

It was with great delight that we learned of the safe return home of our old Second-in-Command, Capt. T. J. Young, from captivity in Germany, along with other members of the Company taken prisoner with him. We send them all our best regards for the future.
