The recce party set off for the area of APPELDORN. This party consisted Movement Order No 4 of the CO's 'R' Group and Pl Sjts who recced their Coy areas, which all under contained a number of comparatively undamaged houses. The party spent the night in what was to be Bn HQ at 059491.
