Woodside Cemetery sits on a low hilltop off Broomlands Street in Paisley, Renfrewshire. It was laid out in 1845 as a garden cemetery of just over 20 acres, designed by Stewart Murray, curator of the Glasgow Botanic Gardens. A crematorium by the local architect James Steel Maitland opened on the site in 1938 and is now a listed building. The Commonwealth War Graves Commission records 64 identified casualties of the two world wars here.
