WAR DIARY
SUMMARY OF EVENTS AND INFORMATION
In the early morning enemy MG fire continued in spasmodic bursts and shelling at intermittent intervals.
In the evening about 20 shells fell in and around Bn area causing a few casualties. *(We believe these are recorded in the next day's figures).
Sgt Grant's patrol returned with a detailed log of the enemy's activity at GALMANCHE and pinpoints of several mortar and MG posts.
