FOUND Palestine Medal List (1940) Information. Wounded 9th Feb 1945 serving with HLI. 1st (Glasgow Highlanders) Battalion
First entitled to the General Service Medal under Army Order 247 of 1939 and entitled to the Palestine Clasp under Army Order 146 of 1947.

Served with the 1st Battalion, Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders during the qualifying period. SGT at time - 12 June 1948
