Robert Fuller Osborne was born in 1920 in Sevenoaks, Kent. His Mother's maiden name was Wade.
He married Phyllis M Brazier in January 1940 in Canterbury, Kent. He later married Joan Boxall in October 1946.
He died in May 1993 at the age of 72 in Maidstone, Kent.
