Alexander Ross Ezard was born in August 1913 in Knaresborough, Yorkshire. His Mother's maiden name was Marion Johnston.
At the time of the 1939 Register he was living in Harrogate and was listed as a Builder's Labourer.
He was discharged from the Army in January 1945. His medals were awarded in April 1950.
He married Dorothy Wilford in Knaresborough in July 1946.
Alexander died in January 1978 in North Yorkshire.
