Pte D. Y. Mensforth

David Young Mensforth was born in January 1919. His Mother's maiden name was Bamford.


He married Doris Lake in April 1940.


He was discharged from the Army in March 1946.


His medals were awarded in June 1950 and he was living in South Shields at that time.


He died in October 1975 in South Shields.
