George Alexander Coupland was born in May 1921 inTongland, Dumfries. His Mother's maiden name looks to be Bodle.


He married Dora S F K Hawkins in April 1941 in Dorchester, Dorset.


He was discharged from the Army in June 1946.


He died in Feb 1975 in Calgary, Canada.
