Edward John Passey was born in March 1922 to William and Ellen Passey.
In the 1939 Register he was living in Kidderminster, Worcs and his occupation is listed as a 'Starcher Factory Worker'.
Edward died in January 1986 at the age of 63, in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
